Dragon Age Servers Still Down

So I’ve been down for a while now and EA help just says “We know. Wait” and disconnects me. I’m ignored on Twitter. Last month an EA “Help” rep walked me through erasing my game and deleting my game data after assuring me it was backed up (it wasn’t). Now this. I even switched games to Origins. I request to be compensated and a real answer given to the issue.

Guys, I stumbled upon this problem just recently trying to play DA:Origins again and after going to the forums for answers I find that it has been an issue for at least 6 months. Seriously? I saw you guys said you were working on fixing it... Six months ago. How are you on this? Everything okay at home? 

Seriously though, please fix this. I love Origins too much and I would like to have all my DLC’s and Keep rewards (which I can’t have back if not connected to the servers)😞

I tweeted them over a week ago and they still haven't replied.

It's down for me as well. Playing 360 version via Xbox One.

Sadly, it's been longer than 6 months.  If they in fact shut the servers down they should say something at least....

I just found out about keep and after the initial process, I didn't have my characters. I booted up my DA:O for the 360 and couldn't connect to the servers (big surprise by the looks of this forum) but after a while I checked back on Keep and found that 2 of 3 characters were uploaded. Sadly neither of those, they didn't have their story finished, were the one I wanted to see, as the one i was looking for went through all the awakening + DLC.

The interesting thing I noticed though was that the two that were uploaded were the only instances of themselves; no extra save profiles from different DLC stories. I going to try and have my latest save isolated and see if it still gets uploaded even though I cannot connect to the server.

Hasn't seem to worked, so how I got 2 characters into Keep in beyond me.
