dragon age sound problem???

i have a problem with dragon age inquisition at first every thing was fine i installed the game from origin no problems i installed some of the expansion packs as well i then played for a bit never r...

    Most likely the start issue is with Avast....so please find out how to add program exclusions for Avast and then add them for the Origin program, Origin Games file, and your DAI saves folder.

    IF you don't know where your DAI saves folder is, then I suggest you try a search of your computer for it, I have listed the COMMON location but sometimes people have changed the default location.  IF you don't have one, BECAUSE the game hasn't run since a reinstall or something, then just Origin and Origin games exclusions until you can get the game to run, and add the Saves folder later.  You also need to make sure Origin, and DAI BOTH have run as administrator on the .exe programs and are running in same compatibility if you have changed it. 

    If you do find the saves folder and you are still having sound issues, then delete the profileoptions and profileoptions_options files inside it when you find it, restart game and see if it works.

    IF after setting the program RUNNING(and not scanning exclusions because it is usually two different things) then temporarily disable Avast and see if the game will start.

3)...No, you can't figure out how to change it in control panel??  Ok, what settings ARE in control panel and how are they different from what you are using??

Are you using headphones??Surround sound??  Speakers??  What are the settings in control panel??

As far as the location for your Saves folder, it should be pretty close to the location I showed you for default save location.  The User Name is simply the sign on name you have for your computer...

So in Windows 10, My PC...C:\Users\USER NAME\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save
