I am having the day issue currently and I play on the Xbox 1 so it's not a 360 bug I am very ocd when i play so I check everything systematically as I play through but like you as I arrived locked door only thing different for me is right where last battle was you say there's a red dot but no enemy but for me there is one of these red lyrium Templar monsters walking around but doesn't have a red dot and doesn't put me into combat
