Dragon age the veilguad deluxe edition

I bought a physical copy of dragon age the veilguard deluxe edition. For the deluxe part you get an extra code that gives you game content. I first tried the code through the Xbox Microsoft store, this is normally how it works. But the Xbox says: there is an error try again later. If I Follow the intruction that goes though microsoft.com/redeem sort of same thing happend.

What am I to do now? How can i redeem the code? The box says made in the EU and I'm in The Netherlands so it should be the correct region. Help!
