You should to be online in the game too, not only in Origin. Check it, please.
I don't know, but it is possible, you need to get into the Skyhold....for the begining
If you did it, but it didn't help, disable antivirus,please. May be it block the connection with EA's servers

Hi there

I checked the Game Details, and it says JoH is installed.

I restarted the game, checked my NVidia driver, but still no luck.

Thanks for the confirmation. Just to be completely sure that it's not being overlooked, the operation in question is Investigate Frostback Basin in southeast Ferelden.

If it's not showing up, does loading a save from earlier in the campaign make any difference. Not too early as the DLC is in a level 20+ area, but it'll be an interesting thing to test.

Hi there.
I loaded several saved games down to level 20. I also tried in off-line mode, no success.
Strangely the achievements I can achieve in JoH is showing in the achievements tab, but no "Investigate Frostbite Basin" link on the war table.

  Can you PM me a copy of one of your saves, it should help to replicate the issue.
  
  The saves are the timestamped .DAS files located at My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save
