Community Manager@LainsNavi Earlier when i logged in, it gave me the same error. Now when I log in with the controller plugged in and turned on. i no longer receive the error.
Can you repair the game and clear the EA app cache?
Make sure the controller is on and plugged in, then launch the game again. I fired it up on two machines and both just started working so it may just be a temp issue or a local issue with the game like a backend update happened.
Clearing the cache and repairing the game have not helped. I already had the controller plugged in and turned on. Still nothing.
