[EA app] Error Code: 10604 Launching Game

The only way to change cloud storage space on the user end is to delete or move saves out of the local folders.

Make sure EA app is closed:

Go to your "C:\Users\<Your User Name>\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\Characters\" folder and move old character folders or older save files of a character to a different place on your hard drive.

Start EA app.
