Error-1603, while installing Dragon Age Inquisition in Windows 11 (latest)

I tried installing Dragon Age Inquisition. But, the installation stops due to failure of installation of VC 2008 SP1. I tried

1.  formatting my PC
2. re-downloading the game
3. installing the VC 2008 Redistributables directly from Microsoft
4. from the _installer folder in EA Games->Dragon Age Inquisition

5. Change the name of the following folder

   1. Rename the following folder:

      C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18 
      to
      C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18_BAK
6. Followed everything from here - https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/your-vc-runtime-package-has-not-installed-correctly-error-troubleshooting/

I am still getting the same error message.Attached screenshots. Please help
