Error-1603, while installing Dragon Age Inquisition in Windows 11 (latest)

I tried installing Dragon Age Inquisition. But, the installation stops due to failure of installation of VC 2008 SP1. I tried  formatting my PC re-downloading the game installing the VC 2008 Redi...

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
