Error The VC++ error code 1603. on PC

I got a windows 7 64-bits

Did you reinstall from the _Installer folder of the game?

Did you also reinstall directx?

Make sure you have vc2008sp1, and vc2010sp1 in the _installer folder of your game

and try reinstalling both.

Update both the vc++2012, and vc++2013 to the update 4 version of each.

They can be found on the microsoft website, by doing a general search.
