ETA for next patch to fix original issues + new ones from last patch and hotfix
Pretty self explanatory.
Many here, myself included, have posted thousands of posts in hundreds of threads regarding tech issues and bugs, both game breaking or just immersion breaking.
A patch was released that corrected some issues, offered half measures or workarounds for others, and outright ignored many more. What's worse, many people have experienced worse issues due to the patch, resulting in a hotfix being issued. A hotfix which seems to have also done more harm than good.
We do not doubt that BioWare is working on correcting the issues. Yet it becomes frustrating when your players, the people that love this game as much as you do, don't SEE that you care and are working on it.
It's the lack of communication that's worse than the issues themselves. The issues, we believe, will be worked out. Yet we have hundreds, thousands of posts asking for help. We have maybe 3 since the patch where anyone has officially made comment. 2 of those were to close threads and refer posters to a thread on workarounds.
On Twitter I personally had @dragonage ask me what platform I play on when I asked about any patches. Upon mentioning I play on a PC and offering the details of my issue... I've heard nothing more.
You know what would be better? Even a daily update of:
"Hey guys, the team is still working to identify the issue with... Some challenges have been... Anticipate the next patch will include... No timeline as of yet but seeing progress..."
This sort of inclusive dialogue does wonders in making your fans feel included in the process. It'd make us feel like maybe you care about the issues we're dealing with.
We just want word.
TL:DR
/sign if you just want an official response with ANY information on a regular basis.
