Community AdminHmm, that is a weird one. Can you try repairing the game client, to start with? Right-click the panel in Origin to get this option.
If it persists, try "wiping" all your saves then check again. Navigate to My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition and move the Save folder to desktop.
Boot up the game and it'll be basically the same as a fresh install. Knock up a throwaway character and see if the issue persists.
Afterwards, just move the Save folder back. You'll probably want to do this in Origin Offline mode too, to avoid having to faff about with the Cloud Save Manager.
Pulling this thread from the depths because I'm encountering this bug too, my inquisition influence xp is above 20K and I'd like to know if there's a way to fix that annoying sound bug. All the links in this thread are dead. I couldn't find a mod to remove the sound from the database.

That is a mod on the Nexus, which has all sorts of mods for DAI as well as other games....if you use search function for cheat, you should get list of a few mods that use the Cheat engine and contain active links to it if you want to try it out. Personally I don't mod DAI, but many do and Nexus is usually a good location for mods and info on them.

Been playing DAI since release. Encountered this (and the other problems associated with maxing-out Perks) since my second playthrough.
This mod has been around for over a year, so not sure how I missed it. But thanks to you, I have it now!
