Same thing here, no luck with hotfix.. Well, at least my Chantry disapproving Elf is convinced that he is indeed a holy herald sent by andraste herself since life springs forth around on the ground he walks on xD

It's a "feature" Im the nightwalker from Princess Mononoke
(also adding a confirmation here that the popin issues have nothing to do with the AMD driver update as i tested with both version on 2 separate devices and saw the same issue, happens on both mantle and dx11 for both devices)
