Why do they ignore this?
Do you guys are pretty damn sure you checked all your settings and are on ultra?, try to double check and decrease them on purpose, then restart the game and increase them again you will probably have to restart again, just to confirm that this is in fact double checked.
- I turned all settings to lowest then restarted entered the game, exited, turned all settings to ultra/fade touched, restarted, entered game, same problem. I did this on 2 separate machines. I did this with different drivers on each machine. I did this in both fullscreen and windowed, on both mantle and direct x on both machines. This didnt happen prior to the patch on either machine.
