CAN SOMEONE AT EA/BIOWARE PLEASE COMMENT ON THIS
You ride a mount into the distance and everything is popping in and changing all around you constantly.
Ironically, I was commenting the day before the patch to my wife how i never see any popin and how great the game looks, then the patch hits and it looks like a train wreck. Why no comment from anyone? why not just say "We've noted this concern and are looking into it" it makes the game so butt ugly D:
Just save/load to make vanished npcs appear again. :P

Yeah this is one of the reports since the patch about LOD problems, mine isnt like this but I have a feeling the issues are linked because its similar and only since the patch.
