Ok, the video is ready. Posting some info about it and what to look for with the link below.
At 10 seconds in I crest a hill, watch for the small group of bandits over the left side of my Hart's antlers. They don't render in till about 46 seconds in.
After that I leave the area so it resets and come back. I wander all over and am unable to get it to generate until I stand in a specific area. This goes on for several minutes until 3:54.
Then I wander along to show how the Canyon arch drops in late. After that I try for the bandits camp once more before giving up because they fail to generate. So I run along the canyon area to show how the terrain is dropping in the distance. Something is seriously wrong with rendering the landscape since the patch.
BTW this is in the Hissing Wastes, Canyon area. If anyone wants me to upload a pic of where that is on a map let me know.
YES this shows exactly what Im experiencing too. Everything is popping in as I ride or run anywhere like this updating the LOD but it looks horrible like a bad transformers movie.
It was not like this before the patch, perhaps you know we can use a command to force terrain detail to maximum or something just like they did with the shader issue and it will fix it? It just looks terrible and makes the game graphics bad when they were really nice prior to patch.
-ShaderSystem.ShaderQualityLevel <quality setting> only for terrain, can anyone figure out what the command would be and test it?

Well, at least you aren't the only one with the issue...not much of a consolation though. Ugh....at least I got a decent vid of it.
For some reason that area of the wastes was particularly slow in regards to the terrain. I also wonder if this is why I was having such a hard time finding enemies in the area to battle? Maybe they are not populating either?
I was hunting for poison spiders and where before there were always half a dozen or more as I rode along I don't think there was a single one before, during, or after I shot that video. I even went over that hill to the spider area and into the canyon, no spiders.
After that I went to Storm Coast caves and found a lot of giant spiders. Really need the poison ones though to get the ingredients for the Master Dragon Runes.

Im going to make a video later and upload it with clear explanation and voice overlay. Maybe then it will be easier for EA/Bioware to comment about it. Alot of these videos are long and they don't have voice over.

Here is my video added to the thread to illustrate the point with voice over.
