Face/texture mods and the Black Emp has historically been a bad bad thing for the game. Sometimes it works fine uninstalling, other mods destroy the game when the BE is used. Only thing i can suggest....don't use BE if you use face/texture Mods. You may want to check the mod page and see if they have any corrective ideas or suggestions..
Best I can suggest since you are running mods is to remove them and try repairing the game...
These two solutions don't seem to work. I disabled all the mods and repaired both the game and the dlcs and it keeps happening.
Other than that, I noticed the animations run normally into Skyhold, but when I'm out of it the problem returns. I have no idea what to do now.
I just decided to continue one of my playthroughs out of the blue two days ago(after something like a four month hiatus-female dalish) and have had this same issue during some cutscenes/conversations. I don't have/use any mods, but I do have the Black Emporium installed(but have not used the mirror). Before my hiatus I never had any problems like this; so I would think that something must have changed to cause this new problem? Perhaps there was a patch of some sort, even though the game is years old?
