Family Setting?

Dragon Age Inquisiton says my world state cant be imported from the keep due to family settings. I have no clue why it says this. I'm trying to play on the Xbox One. My Xbox Live account is linked with my Origin accout and everything should just be set to the default settings. Can anyone help me out here? I honestly have no clue why it's say this.

I was able to fix the problem of "Unable to import world state" (If any of you are still having that problem.)

From your xbox 360 settings (Far right), go to "Privacy" and change it to "Adult". That should take care of it. Have fun!

Restart your xbox 360 after making the change to "adult". It will work after this (just worked for me)
