Fell off a ledge - now am stuck in a falling position cannot break free.

ok so i fell off a little ledge thing that i think would have normally just faded out and placed me, nearly dead, back up on the ledge. However, my character is just in a falling position flashing...

Try pressing load game instead of continue when you restart. See if there are any other saves you can load into. But really, try to keep more than 1 save for glitches like this.

Can you go into tactical cam and move one of your other team members to a safe position to take over and walk away? Fast travel to another camp/fast travel point or somewhere on the world map? Turn on friendly fire and try to kill yourself or have one of your teammates kill you?
