Fell through Halamshiral floor. Can't continue. Can I recover progress?

I was walking through Halamshiral when the floor glitched out and I fell to the bottom of the map. I tried to teleport back to the Palace but there was nothing to teleport to. Then I tried to fall off the map to get back to the Palace, but walking to far just caused the map to glitch out and let me teleport to Skyhold, Exalted Plains, etc. I spent so long trying to find a way out that I have no autosaves to get back to the palace, and my attempt to teleport to Skyhold in an attempt to get back resulted in my Milestone save not letting me get back either. Is there a noclip cheat that I could use so that I don't have to lose 5 hours of progress to this?

    I previously posted a question about not being able to get back into the Winter Palace. I made it back, but my character won't stop humping the floor and I can't move. The screen is blinking to black and then showing my inquisitor humping the floor again, how do I escape?

    @firerush234 Hey, I'm not convinced it'll definitely work, but try a repair if you haven't already. Right-click the game panel to get the option. 

    Also be sure to remove any mods that you have installed.
