Female Inquisitor Voice change bug

There's an easy fix for this.

Download the free DLC "Black Emporium" if you haven't already. Then go to the Black Emporium via the world map (it's located in Kirkwall, north of Ferelden). It's possible you have to unlock it on the world map first, but I'm not sure. When you're there, find the mirror of transformation, which opens the character creation screen. You can then change your voice back.
