Find Servis in Western Approach Still Glitched if You Kill Him. No Patch for It?

Find Servis in Western Approach still glitched. I can't find him sometimes for the mission, mission won't complete if I leave him to die. I wanted to kill him instead of taking him in and now it's glitched. Why has EA or Bioware NEVER released a patch for this knowing that it's a known frustrating glitch?

The game is several years old and I don't think it's supported any more.

I always save right before that part...I know I might have to restart it. He wanders off through the wall and stuff. lol
