I don't think you can really do anything about it at this time.
Some people suggest loading and saving your latest save and later visiting the keep again, but that rarely works.
A lot of choices sometimes simply do not appear in the keep, even though you unlocked them in the game, the romance being one of them often. My romance won't be shown in the keep, too (aside from many other important choices).
All you can do however at the moment is to submit feedback in the keep to help them improve it and to wait.
The "hidden" feature is only in the keep to avoid spoilers for new players who want to set up their own world state without being spoiled by the keep about what Inquisition has in store for them.
The KeepHelp confirmed via twitter that eventually, all of the options will be available to anyone.
Dragon Age Keep
Currently you have to have an imported save. However in the future, the spoiler gates will be removable so you can make any decision.

You can now turn off the spoiler gates in the keep via the options to make your free coices 🙂
