Could you please do a Clean Boot and then run a repair on the game (right click the game tile in Origin client).
It is possible that NxCharacter.dll is still missing from your folder after being quarantined by your anti-virus. In this case you should be able to retrieve it from the quarantine folder. Also try to install Physloader.dll.
I followed that link and installed the program, but I'm still getting the error message. The file is not in my antivirus quarantine folder.

I recieved the same error?
Did a fresh restart and then performed an update and a repair twice and it did not fix the error.
Like my other games I have Origan and the game saved on my HDD which is my storage D: drive. I run my OS and drivers on a Primary Drive C: an SSD.
Any help would be appreciated.
