Freezing at final Morrigan scene in Winter Palace

Every time I get to the last Morrigan scene (right before the Inquisitor meets with his/her love interest, but after the court speech, my game freezes as the Inquisitor walks by Morrigan. I've disable all mods, lowered settings to minimum, and even tried to play the same scene with different characters and outcomes, but the game keeps freezing at this same point. I managed to play this entire scene before (about two months ago was the last time I finished this mission), but I haven't been able to get past this point with any character since.
