Friend of Red Jenny Quest Won't Show up in Journal - PS4

I collected the first two items and then I was not sure how to get to the upper level of Val Royeaux. I then proceeded to leave the area out of frustration and continue on with the story. Now I've discovered how to fast travel up to the upper level, but the quest no longer was in my journal, in either my completed or uncompleted quests. This makes it so the quest won't show up on my map, which makes me unable to complete the quest. Is there any way for me to complete this quest or start the quest over?
