Hello, again. This issue has been resolved. When I unplugged my Xbox and moved it to a different T.V., the situation with the war table resolved itself. Whether or not this will help others inflicted with this glitch remains to be seen, but at least I've given them something to attempt when they're trying to resolve this particular glitch.
