I have the same problem. I crafted the standard for the champion specialization quest and was told to go back Lord Chancer to turn in the quest , but he and the other warrior trainers were replaced with 3 different trainers whom you cannnot interact with. Eventuallly, those trainers dissappeared, but were not replaced by the correct ones. I reinstalled the game (XBOX ONE), but all that did was bring the 3 non-warrior trainers back.
Gah, that sucks. I really wish this game worked properly. So, is this a bug specific to Warriors and no other class? If so, I regret starting my first playthrough as a warrior and investing so much time into the game. If I'd only have picked a mage or something...
