Game Crashes during fifth play through, No error message

What cutscene, what class/gender of character, what companions? I've seen a few reports here and there of various quests working for some types of inquisitors and not others. I can't really help but maybe others can with more information.

I changed my graphics settings and that took care of the problem. Don't know why it was suddenly crashing during the same cut scene when I'd already played it through four time with no issues.
