Game crashes to desktop after waking up in Haven

I'm having a similar problem, but instead of crashing after waking up, my game crashes directly after the cutscene (I have tried skipping it but it still crashes). I am using 2 monitors but not to extend one desktop as they're different sizes.

EDIT: I tried turning off the second monitor and turning off MSAA and textures down to High from Ultra.

It loaded for a few seconds before CTD
