Game crashes to desktop after waking up in Haven

Hi Everyone, I am able to defeat the pride demon, and then once my character wakes up and completes the dialog with the slave elf in Haven the game always crashes at the same point. Sometime I hear ...

It seems to only be that one room for me - once outside of that cabin, I switched back to my multiple monitor set-up and have been using all three since with no problems.

No not for me. I stepped outside the cabin and reenabled NVIDIA surround and when loading the save game (which I saved outside the cabin) causes an immediate crash to desktop
