It seems to only be that one room for me - once outside of that cabin, I switched back to my multiple monitor set-up and have been using all three since with no problems.
I tried completeld uninistalling the graphic drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller and that seems to do the trick. I am now able to play using multiple monitors.
This also seemed to clear up some other random crashes that I encountered.
Maybe this is the solution?
Sorry the problem remains. I am experiencing a similar crash when I try to enter the chantry during the mission to recruit the rebel mages. Please release a patch soon to address these problems!!!
