Game freezes on turning into mouse

My game keeps freezing when I am in the raw fade, and I click the button to transform into a mouse. I've just been given the quest "Circle of Magic - Lost in Dreams" and I cannot continue as my game ...

Hey, try repairing the game client. Close the game and open Origin. Right-click the game and choose the Repair option.


Once this completes, try again and let us know how it goes.
