The same issue is happening to me. I just recently bought DA:I game of the year edition instead of using the EA subscription version and now my DLC apparently isn’t downloaded when I run GeForce Now, so I’ve basically lost a 23 hour save.
🥲 EA support is no help, and I’m trying to find a solution desperately.

Community Manager@0003292 GeForce Now has nothing to do with the DLC you have on your account unless your purchased the game through a platform that does not offer it. If you have the GOTY edition, all DLC would be there. That isn't a game issue. that is a platform issue. We cannot do much about that platform sadly. That will be an issue that requires more wor around. EA Help cannot resolve that one as they have no options to modify the way the game runs on that platform.
