Getting VC++ runtime redistributable package error

Just spent my $69 plus tax to get deluxe version of Dragon Age Inquistion. I am getting the error Getting VC++ runtime redistributable package was not installed successfully. Setup cannot continue ...

Would be nice if EA would just fix there installer to not run a 7 year old C++ operating system. Need to just change the code in the installer to not run 2008C++ so people that spend $60 on a game are not pissed before they ever install it.
