Golden Nug won't sync
So today,i finished the game and unlocked the golden nug, i managed to sync it first few times,but after a while,it just stopped, keeps saying failed to sync, any of my lower characters dont see the ...

Same here. Haven't played DAI in forever on console, didn't even import my Xbox 360 save files to the Xbox One (which I am playing on now, currently.) Didn't have a problem on DAI when I played it on the PC last, especially when it came to the Golden Nug--It worked perfectly. But now, playing on the Xbox One, I just beat the game and entered the Trespasser DLC less than an hour ago and come to find out the Golden Nug is 100% failing to connect to the Dragon Age Servers instantaneously... It's like it's not even trying/ cannot possibly find the Dragon Age Servers whatsoever.
What gives?
There seems to be an issue with the servers, so the Keep and golden nug may not work as intended until it gets fixed.
I'm having the exact same problem. Funny thing is, a couple of days ago I made a mage character and the nug was in Haven and let me sync. I then decided to make a rogue character but the nug didn't show up in Haven. The statue base was there but the nug was missing. I jumped to an old save of a character that had completed the game and the nug was there but it said could not sync because could not connect to servers. But I was connected because I could access multiplayer. It's pretty frustrating, is there a fix for this?
Golden nug has disappeared. It shows on previous saves that the game has been completed on, but not on any games that it has not been completed on. I'm on a PC and My Fiancee is on a PS4, neither one of us has the golden nug. My case number is 47217822

When I checked on the server status it said that everything was fine, no issues. So surely EA should be more clear about what the issues are.
I'm on PS5. Played entire game, bought my Golden Nug. Saved multiple schematics including all DLC. Then I started Trespasser two 🏈 days ago, and now the NUG keeps saying it failed to connect and will not save my new schematics.....And I've completed Trespasser now.....
Will there be a fix soon?
