My fiance and I are both having this issue, only in addition to the big simply disappearing on us. He's on PC and I'm on PS4
Golden nug has disappeared. It shows on previous saves that the game has been completed on, but not on any games that it has not been completed on. I'm on a PC and My Fiancee is on a PS4, neither one of us has the golden nug. My case number is 47217822
I got through to someone from support via chat. They gave me a list of things to try. Power cycle, remove gamertag then re add it and reset router. None of that worked.
