Golden Nug won't sync
So today,i finished the game and unlocked the golden nug, i managed to sync it first few times,but after a while,it just stopped, keeps saying failed to sync, any of my lower characters dont see the ...

Indeed. The Dragon Age servers have had this issue at least 3-4 times in the past several years. One would think they'd of found a permanent solution in those fixes, but 'lo and behold, they continue to have massive hiccups that inhibit playing the game to it's fullest. And yes: Anthem will get priority, sad fact as it is, it's practically their saving grace as a company. They NEED Anthem to succeed.
Answer #96 though for me the Golden Nug doesn't stay for the whole game so if it disapear simply save in front of your Nug quit the game and launch it again (login manually and all) your Golden Nug should be right in front of you when you load your game.
Log in manually? I can't on an xbox. I tried quitting and reloading. Restarting the game. Removed my gamertag and re adding it. And the one time it did show up in game, it said can't sync due to no connection to server. I'm glad it's somewhat working for you, but I'm not having the same luck. It's just a shame that this keeps happening and it takes so long for them to sort it out. 😒
- Yeah apparently this "fix" works well on all platform except for xbox sorry.
And yeah I say manual log in because if you follow the steps (on pc I don't know for other platforms) you'll have to tell the game to connect to the servers.
For now the theory is something's happening differently on xbox than the other platforms but we have no guess as of what it is. I'd gladly help you if I had the answer but infortunatly all I can do is hope someone finds the answer.
If I find it I'll forward it as I'm already doing in every thread I see with the same trouble. Hope this other thread and post #96 gives you a start at where to look to have you Golden Nug back - Engaged in chat with EA Support and got platitudes of "highest priority" and "working to restore it ASAP" but with no real information. They suggested checking 'social media' for updates and I pointed out they hadn't even acknowledged the problem! Not holding out much hope that this will be fixed anytime soon (was not as of a couple of hours ago).
I've had this issue as well. I requested a call back for my ticket (47309222). Received the call back and was told they had received no complaints regarding this issue. I made it clear that I didn't believe that for a moment and was instructed to wait 24 hours while they investigate and work on this issue. Not sure how I feel about that...

- Temporary solution is only good for PC and PlayStation; xbox is out in the cold.
The 'temporary' solution does not wok for the Xbox. As for them saying they aren't aware of the issue, I reported it, so they ARE aware. That means they're flat-out lying.
Just got an update (after being given PC troubleshooting steps for my XBOX which the support rep 'guaranteed' would fix the problem. Sigh). Second rep said that they plan to push an update to fix the problem across all platforms, but couldn't give me a specific time when this would be done.
