Everybody looking at this thread, look at the mega thread on the front page for a temporary solution.
The 'temporary' solution does not wok for the Xbox. As for them saying they aren't aware of the issue, I reported it, so they ARE aware. That means they're flat-out lying.
Just got an update (after being given PC troubleshooting steps for my XBOX which the support rep 'guaranteed' would fix the problem. Sigh). Second rep said that they plan to push an update to fix the problem across all platforms, but couldn't give me a specific time when this would be done.
