So today,i finished the game and unlocked the golden nug, i managed to sync it first few times,but after a while,it just stopped, keeps saying failed to sync, any of my lower characters dont see the nug statue either, my account is logged on in the main menu,so i am not in offline mode, would appreciate some help,or maybe if something is wrong with my account.

I"ve played through the game 4 or 5 times on Xbox One and now I'm playing it on PC. I've connected my XBL account with my PC account but I still the Golden Nug doesn't appear. The stone base is there though.
On Xbox if you don't see it, check to see if you are logged in to the Dragon Age servers. I found that worked for me on Xbox. On PC, I'm still trying to figure it out. No luck so far.
My solution was to hard reset my modem. Everything solved.
I am having this problem in 2022, after a reinstall. Never had the problem before. I have beaten the game 22 times, full completion. I was always able to use the nug. I don't even get an option to log in on my game's start up page. Turned off auto log in and everything.
I didn't install the multiplayer DLC, which seemed to be the source of my game crashing every 7 minutes to an hour or so. You'll probably never read this, but I wonder if that is part of the problem. Multiplayer is terrible in this game a real grind fest. It was useless to me. My game hasn't crashed since I uninstalled it, but now I can't access EA's server. If I make a new character, I won't be able to ad My Keep World State.
Come on Bioware. We beat the brakes off of two unfinished games back to back. Have a care for your fans.
I think it may actually be a server problem right now - I'm on PS4 and can't sync even though it worked fine a day or two ago.
Having this same problem - is certainly an issue with the PS4 server as my friends PC server works fine and is able to sync.
I'm on PS5. Played entire game, bought my Golden Nug. Saved multiple schematics including all DLC. Then I started Trespasser two 🏈 days ago, and now the NUG keeps saying it failed to connect and will not save my new schematics.....And I've completed Trespasser now.....
Will there be a fix soon?

Same here, I have reinstalled the game today in PS4 (I finished it 6 years ago) and the golden nug doenst sync, it says:
"Synchronize collectables Failed to synchronize collectables - unable to connect to dragon age server. Please try again later"
I want to try the nightmare but if I cant use the nug I pass. The connection is good and I have even tried restarting the EA account of the console but doesnt work.
For anyone else fighting with this now - after a ton of troubleshooting and who's-on-first with EA help, my issue was that the most recent PS4 update (version 10.01) had not installed and I had to force it to update.
