Yep same here, mate. Since the new patch, when I make a new Female Qunari she got the Male Qunari face textures, and not to mention ALL the scars were gone! Mind you, I have my game set on High Meshes and Textures.
It seems there's a problem with female Qunari, in particular. My female Qunari appears to have aged many decades since the patch. Or maybe she now has a male face texture, are they all wrinkled?
