Graphical issue making the game unplayable (PC)

I'm trying to do a play through on my PC and the game works fine until I get to the Wilds. Once I get the wilds the game stops recognizing differences in elevation and when I come across a hill or valley my character will either sink in the the ground or float in the air. I can't progress past this point because the enemies are mostly untouchable and whip out my party.  I also do not have any DLC or Awakening.

I am running on Windows 7 Professional.

My GPU is the GeForce GT 525M.

I have an Intel Core i7 2630QM CPU @2.00GHz

I also have 8 GB of RAM

  • i have also been having the exact same problem, and have contacted EA several times asking for assistance, with no results, it would help out alot if someone from EA/Bioware could at least let us know that they are looking for a solution, instead of just leaving us in the dark like this, as unfortunately it does make the game completely unplayble, if you have any solutions or know of any attempts to find one, please comment and let us know! :D

Through which channel have you tried to contact EA? Kepe in mind that this forum is user-to-user self help. If your fellow players don't have any answers, you won't get a reply.

  • i have contacted EA through the help.ea.com live conversation, and unfortunately the suggestions i was given did nothing to help the issue i have told them this, but have not recieved any other suggestions or confirmation that they are working on finding a solution to this problem

Could you post your hardware specs? If enough people with this issue post their hardware specs, maybe we can detect a pattern.
