The mission on the wartable is to recruit the "arcanist" 🙂

Can't remember what triggered it to be honest.

Its just been there with a few other things.

IIRC it's a Operation that appears around midgame. Once the arcanist is recruited there should be a masterwork slot on crafting recipes.

Cheers all. It seems to be working but harritt is just screwed on a non dialogue loop.

  Actually you don't have to approach Harrit to craft a masterwork.
  You will just need to have the schematic and go to the craft mill. (In game it appear we go to the mill & craft the weapon & armor,but it actually is we supply the material & schematic to Harrit to craft the item we wanted.)
