Has any problem been fixed by buying a new Dragon Age for PS4?

i'm wondering if it's my game disc that is causing the issue since so many people seem to be ok.

my issue is after Hinterland my game won't continue instead it crashes, also even after hours of playing i can't play multiplayer due to it not being fully installed.
