Healing Mist & Confusion Grenade

inquisition upgrades, specialization after getting to skyhold.... loot, merchants.

Could you be more specific...................I'm at level 23 and have yet to see where these grenades can be purchased.

healing mist is something you have to create when you upgrade potions. at a keep or stronghold.

Are you saying that your inquisitor must be a rogue?........My character is a level 23 mage now.

Healing mist can be found in a small cave under the fortress in Crestwood. I believe it's called Caer Bronnach. You have to kick out the bandits who have taken over and you can enter the cave through a door inside the fortress. In this cave, you'll find a giant spider called Snowball who will drop the schematic.

It's a really good item. Definitely worth the effort.

And what about the Confusion Grenade?

Well...............I found the door leading to the cave......but NO spider found...........I believe I was there when I captured the keep way back when. Maybe the Healing Mist can be found in the PS4/xBox versions....I'm playing the PC version..........oh well......I got to level 23 without those grenades anyway.

I am playing at PC and I have ALL bombs, healing flasks and boos potions. The only thing I can advise you, IF you really want to gather stuff, be a true RPG gamer. Explore all maps, talk to all NPCs complete all quests. Some of the schematics can be bought from vendors, after you fulfill some minor quests or advance the main story. Their stock get expanded, so revisit them once in a while.
The snowball spider, related to some minor quest I guess, I may be wrong tho.

P.S.: Confusion grenade does not related to the class of the character, I play as a mage and still was able to acquire it.

Thanks for all the help.............I'm at level 23 with my mage and got this far without all the grenades.........maybe the next time I start over, I'll do a few things different and maybe I'll find those 2 elusive grenades.
