(Help!!) The Ideal Romance Quest, Cannot Complete

Anyone able to help me ?? Tried to complete the 'Ideal Romance' Quest but cannot complete it because the candles are not being sold by the merchant within val royeaux. I think I might have accidental...

They should be in Pierre-Marie's shop under the "Other" tab icon; if you have a mod like "Schematic Spree" active the candles will not appear. since the mod changes what the merchants are selling.

As I recall they will not appear in Pierre-Marie's shop until the quest becomes active, so you can't accidentally buy them before getting the quest.
