I have this mod, and actually removed all dlc mod and the problem persists
If you have those mods, what other mods do you have? Problems created because you modded your game are not really supported here, and certainly aren't "officially supported" by the EA Game Advisors.
I suggest going to the forums on the site where you obtained the mods and discuss the issues with the authors or other players who have the same ones.
Turns out uh used to repair from the application of origins and then the game freezes again and the problem is and have not the slightest idea that this mod was causing the problem
