here lies the abyss bug dragon age inquisition for Xbox one

yeah i was having the same problem , the whole quest is bugged to be honest but managed to get past that dialogue after the battle by rapidly tapping X i skipped the dialogue quickly picked the responses and was done , hope that works for you guys 🙂
