If you have any mods or custom content, recolors of clothing etc... take those out just to be sure that isn't the problem.
If you use Cheat Engine, try without it.
See if it's the same in a new game.
If it is, then right click on the game in Origin and choose Repair. Let that run and test it again be reverting to an earlier save in the new game.
I forgot Im not playing on PC its all on Ps3 ADN 4
I don't play on a console but, a hard reset of the console can sometimes help. Unplug it, don't use the reset button, wait 2 to 3 minutes and plug it back in.
