How do i delete the patches ?
I wanna try to re-download the patches maybe it will fix them since i still can't hear characters at random points, such as cut scenes i can't hear anyone talk, but when i'm roaming around in the hin...

In your DAI install folder, navigate to Update>Patch and delete those contents. Then try to run the game from Origin and it should prompt you to download the patches again.
You can also try running a repair option from Origin. It will make sure your files match up with the latest game version.
